What We Do
Foreman Tile & Stone Inc is a licensed tile and natural stone contractor (#958330). We have served the San Diego County area since 1983. Our specialties include the installation of porcelain and ceramic tile, glass mosaics, travertine, marble, granite, limestone, slate, brick veneer and stacked stone.
We build shower stalls, install floor tile, fireplaces, tub surrounds, countertops, barbeques, decks, and more. We are experienced in the use of mortar beds for showers, hot mopping shower pans, epoxy grout and thinsets, glass block installation and the installation of the latest waterproofing membranes.
Our experience includes many Class A office buildings in the San Diego area, tenant improvement build outs, restaurants, public works projects and shopping mall storefronts.
We have many long time and very experienced tile setters and finishers on our payroll, we do not sub work out to other companies. Foreman Tile & Stone Inc is a proud member of the Better Business Bureau of San Diego and the Tile Contractors Association of San Diego. We carry full liability and workman’s compensation insurance. We will provide you with a certificate of insurance if requested.

Our President
The president of our company, Tom Foreman, has over 33 years of
experience in the tile contracting industry. His resume shows extensive
experience in residential remodeling and tenant improvement work. Tom
also bid and managed many government contracts here in the San Diego
area and overseas. As a journeyman tilesetter himself, Tom understands the
mechanics of tile installation and is always on the jobsite overseeing each
project the company does.

Many of our installers have been with us for decades. We train many of our own people and that tends to make them want to stick with our company. Only the best journeyman and finishers are hired, pride in craftsmanship is a must to work here.
